When you start the software for the first time you will have to enter your company details. After that the login screen will open, where you should enter your username and password. The default username and password are both admin. You can change them later. After you log in, the main screen of the program will open (take a look at the screenshot to the right). It consists of a well organized set of buttons that gives you access to the programs main features. The buttons are self-explanatory, but if you have any difficulties, you can always click the <Help> button and check out the documentation. Long story short, the <Products> button will let you enter and edit the products in your warehouse and attach a photo to each or only some of them. If you want to edit the products, your customers, employees or any other type of data, click the <Database> button.
The <Payments> button gives you access to the delivery, sale, invoice and payment forms and the <Reports> button provides you detailed reports to anything that has happened in your warehouse or shop. Simply choose the time period you are interested in, select any of the predefined reports or the option "Report Generator..." and configure the report according to your needs. It's worth mentioning that you can export every report and table to a large variety of file formats such as Access, Excel, XML or even to HTML as an interactive web page ready to be published online, here's an example. You can click a column title to sort the table by that column.
Users with subscription for the commercial version Sklad Plus can upload data to the cloud and see reports from any device with Internet access - computers, laptops, tablets and smartphones. They can also issue invoices and e-invoices in PDF format, make inspesctions, see different statistics, track and manage delayed payments and many more.
